Special Care Instruction:

REFUND

1. Cream Cakes should be store in the chiller to
   avoid damages especially during summer
   season.
2. Fondant Cake can be store at AC room
   temperature for at least 2-3 hours max.
   Cake and Sugar Elements may contain foam,
   metal wires or bamboo skewers to support
   the cakes.
3. Kindly please advise the adults to removed it
   first before serving to young children.

Delivery Note:

1. Our delivery team checked the items before
   handling it over to our clients
2. Kindly store the cakes according to the
   prescribe storage plan indicated above in care
   instruction.
3. We always make sure that the cake/products
   receive in perfect condition.
4. We would not be responsible for any damages
   after receiving the cake/products.

Changes and Cancelations:

1. We can’t cancel or refund the after-payment
   settlement
2. Date Change: You can change the date of your
   order 72 hours prior to the delivery date,
   given that there will be no changes in the
   design of the cake.
3. Cancelation: In the unlikely cancelling your
   order, there will be no cash refund,
4. In case of cancelation 96 hours before the
   delivery time: Full amount will be credited for
   your future orders
5. Any confirmed cakes cancelled less than 48hrs
   will be fully charged
