NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE, CLIENTS MAY RESERVE THE AMOUNT TO REORDER LATER.

CONDITIONS FOR A REFUND:

THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE AT THE DELIVERY TIME.
THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING BY GLANCE BAKERY.

THE CLIENT SHALL NOT ACCEPT RECEIVING THE ITEMS AND INFORM THE BAKERY DELIVERY TEAM ABOUT THE PRODUCT SITUATION/STATE.

RETURN & CANCELATION POLICY

GLANCE BAKERY DOES NOT ACCEPT TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT.

FOR CANCELATION POLICY, AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELATION FROM THE CLIENT-SIDE UNLESS FOR EMMERGENCY CASES AND COVID-19 CONFIRMED CASES AND IT SHOULD BE REQUESTED 48 HOURS BEFORE THE DELIVERY DATE/TIME, AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON THAT.
